All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or online form).

A booking is only considered confirmed upon acknowledgement from us and receipt of deposit (if applicable).

We recommend bookings be made at least 2-4 weeks before the event date. Late bookings are subject to availability.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may change without prior notice.

Prices displayed on the website are estimates and may vary based on your specific event requirements.

An official quotation will be provided after a detailed discussion of your needs.

Payment terms will be stated in the official quotation or invoice.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date: full deposit refund (less administrative fees if any).

Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date: 50% deposit refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date: deposit is non-refundable.

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur cost differences.

All packages include setup and teardown by our team.

Customers must ensure the setup area is accessible and suitable for installation on the agreed date and time.

Any damage to equipment caused by the customer or their guests will be charged at current replacement rates.

We will endeavour to provide services to the highest standards. However:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services concerned

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe storms, floods, pandemics, government restrictions, or public emergencies.

In the event of force majeure, we will endeavour to offer alternative dates or a full refund.
